AI infrastructure

Home

The AI inside your own systems, on infrastructure held for your firm alone.

Runvo builds your firm one private AI workspace at ai.yourcompany.com. If your own systems call AI as well, they can call the same deployment, at api.ai.yourcompany.com. Same isolation, same region, same operator, priced separately on the work involved.

The same private deployment, behind your own systems.

The workspace is what Runvo sells, and it is what this deployment is for. Some firms also run AI inside their own systems: an intake queue, a document pipeline, a client portal. That work can run on the same deployment, rather than on an account somewhere you cannot see.

Your own systems get:

api.ai.yourcompany.com

It runs on the instance already held for your firm: single-tenant, in the region you choose, shared with no other firm, operated by the same people. Client material your own systems handle stops leaving that boundary.

It is not what this site leads with and it is not part of the per-person price. It is quoted separately, on the work involved, once we know what your systems do. Nothing here has to be decided before the workspace is running.

Work that runs this way

  • Extraction
  • Classification
  • Search and retrieval
  • Client intake and triage
  • Reporting
  • Automation

We build and run it to the targets you set for

  • Confidentiality
  • Data residency
  • Security
  • Quality
  • Reliability

One workspace underneath.
Everything your people do on it.

How your firm’s private AI workspace fits togetherFive things your people do in the workspace (drafting and review, research, summarising, comparing documents, whatever comes next) sit on top of one private AI workspace of your own, built and operated by Runvo, so your firm needs no AI team of its own. It runs on single-tenant infrastructure hosted by Runvo in the region you name, shared with no other firm, or inside your own cloud tenancy if your client contracts require it. Everyone at the firm signs in at ai.yourcompany.com with the account they already have.Whatever comes nextComparing documentsSummarisingResearchDrafting and reviewYour own AI workspaceBuilt by Runvo · Run by Runvo · No AI teamWho signs inEveryone at the firmai.yourcompany.comThe sign-in they haveWhere it runsHosted by Runvo, in your regionShared with no other firmOr your own cloud tenancy

Private by design.

Your instance

01

Your firm gets an instance of its own: your own database, your own storage, your own keys. Single-tenant, in the region you choose, shared with no other firm.

Your data

02

Client work stops going through personal accounts on a public AI service. You decide who may see it, how it is protected and how long it is kept.

Your people

03

Everyone at the firm gets an account, not the few who could justify a licence. Private does not have to mean a pilot for six partners.

Two places we can put it

01

Your instance, hosted by Runvo

The default. Single-tenant, in the region you choose, with nothing for your firm to procure and no hardware to buy.

02

Your instance, in your cloud

The same workspace inside your own AWS, Azure or Google Cloud account. It costs more and takes longer. The answer when your own client contracts require it.

We have no customers yet. Everything else is settled before anything is built.

Runvo is new, and a firm handing us its client work is entitled to know that before it asks. What we have instead of a reference list is a price agreed on the first call and a deployment written down before anything is built. Tell us how many people the firm has and you get the figure on that call, and it does not move afterwards.

What separates the two

Hosted by Runvo, and it opens within weeks.

Or inside your own tenancy, at the pace of your own change process.

Hosted, Runvo holds the infrastructure and the change process is ours. In your own cloud account your firm holds both, and every step waits on your access controls and your approvals, which is what makes it slower. Which of the two you are buying is settled at the first conversation, with the price, before anything is built.

Settled before you sign

The price
60% less per person than a premium per-seat licence. You get the figure on the first call, agreed before anything is built.
The models
We name the models the workspace calls. Nobody at your firm has to guess what answered them, and nobody at ours gets to change it quietly.
Who gets in
Everyone at the firm, from the day it opens. It is wired to your directory, so the list of who has access is one you already maintain.
What we cannot show you
Customers. There are none yet. No logo, rating or case study appears anywhere on this site standing in for one, and that is on purpose.

The only way to judge a supplier with no track record is to make it say things that can be checked later. Every line above is a fact, not a range.

No customers yet. Nothing invented to cover it.

Stage 04 / Operate

Then we run it.

We keep it inside the boundary you were sold and on the targets we agreed: confidentiality, availability, quality, speed. How we do that is our problem, not yours.

We install it, run it, watch it, patch it and keep it current as the models change. Your firm never has to become an AI infrastructure team, and never has to hire one.

What running it covers

04.1Monitoring
04.2Scaling
04.3Patching
04.4Security
04.5Model updates
04.6Backups and recovery
04.7Joiners and leavers
04.8Support for your administrators
04.9Ongoing management

You don’t need to become an AI infrastructure company. You get AI your firm can put its name to, running on infrastructure held for you alone.

You buy the outcome, not the technology.

Next step

Tell us what your own systems do.

The workspace is the thing to start with; this is quoted on top of it, on the work involved. Tell us what your systems would call it for, and how much of it there is.
