Website terms.
These terms cover this website only. Any Runvo engagement is governed by the separate written agreement signed for it, which takes precedence over anything on this page.
Using this site
You may read, link to and share the content on this site. You may not copy it wholesale, present it as your own, or use it in a way that misrepresents Runvo or its services.
The figures on this site
This site does not publish prices. Any figure Runvo gives a firm, on a call or in writing, is current at the date it is given and is not a quotation until it is set out in a signed agreement. What a firm pays depends on which deployment it takes and how many people it covers.
Any comparison with what you pay elsewhere is illustrative and uses your own numbers, not ours. Nothing on this site is a forecast of what a private workspace will do for your firm, and nothing here should be relied on as the basis for a financial decision on its own.
No advice
The content here is general information about private AI deployment, not legal, regulatory, financial or compliance advice. A single-tenant deployment changes certain facts about where your material sits and who can reach it; it does not by itself make your firm compliant with any particular regime, and it does not override a client contract that restricts what may be put into an AI tool.
Engagements
Building and operating a workspace is provided under a separate written agreement covering scope, service levels, security, data processing, sub-processors, liability and termination. Nothing on this website forms part of that agreement or creates an obligation on either side.
Availability
We try to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee either. Content may change without notice.
Third-party links
Where we link to something we do not control, we are not responsible for its content or its practices.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Runvo is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the content of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
